"Horses are friends, transport, income and food in the Qazaq culture and we had the chance to understand better the relationship they have with the local community.

The "ayul" is a small village in Central Asia, where life is closely related to livestock and agriculture. Horses are not only used for transportation but also are bred for eating milk and meat. We spent a few days in Zhaidakbulak, riding horses and testing the local horse saddles."  Matteo Guarnaccia & Zhanna Ee
